Photo Gallery: CISAC Ministry of Communications, Digital Economy and the Post and BURIDA Meetings in Abidjan

Celebrated musician Lokua Kanza joined CISAC, sister societies and creators including PACSA President Sam Mbende in Abidjan to campaign for private copying royalties during the 2018 MASA Festival in Ivory Coast. On March 15th, the delegation met with Minister of Communications, Digital Economy and the Post Bruno Nabagné Koné. CISAC presented its Private Copying Global Study to the Minister, highlighting the importance of private copying remuneration to securing a financial livelihood for African creators.
