In Memoriam: Chang Kwai Ming

Creators and collective management has lost one of its champions with the passing of COMPASS Chairman Chang Kwai Ming on December 3rd at the age of 78. Chang Kwai Ming was a key figure in shaping and guiding the Singapore collective management society for 24 years.

Prior to COMPASS, Chang Kwai Ming was Director and General Manager for Yamaha Music in Asia and Malaysia as well as the Deputy Chairman of the National Theatre Trust. Chang’s legacy continues through the Compass Music Talents Development Fund, which he established to encourage and foster the growth of young musicians.
